This is a very pleasing example meters first 5513 The case has been previously polished, but retains its beefy lugs. There are the expected nicks and dings associated with use but no objectionable characteristics to this still popular model. The case shows no corrosion and the case reference # and serial #s are all sharp and distinct. The case back threads are sharp and neither worn down or damaged.
The hands glow briefly under UV light, while the dial does not, suggesting that the hands were either relumed at some point, or replaced. The color difference is evident on careful inspection, but not severe as replacement luminova hands would be. Overall a very nice and well priced example.
