We accept payment by cheque, bank wire, credit card and paypal.
Purchases by credit card are limited to $1000 for 1st time customers.
Purchases over $1000 for 1st time customers must be paid by cheque or bank wire.
3 Day Approval
Items purchased online, not previously examined in our shop are subject to a 3 day inspection period. You must advise us by email within 3 days of delivery if you intend to return an item. Shipping and Insurance charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance is at the customer’s expense. Returned items improperly packed or under insured are at the customer’s risk if lost or damaged in shipment. Items returned must be in the same condition as sent. Special order and layaway items are non refundable. (see additional layaway terms) Items examined in person which are shipped are not eligible for refund.
Credit Card Fees
We do not charge any fee for purchase via credit card. However, merchandise paid by credit card which is returned is subject to a 3% return fee, to reimburse us for non refundable credit card charges we incur. Shipping fees are not refundable. Items paid by check or bank wire are not subject to return fees and may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges.
We ship fully insured via Fedex. Credit card purchases can be shipped only to the card holder’s billing address. We do not offer COD or P.O. Box deliveries.
Watch Accessories Shipping & Returns
Our return policy allows you to return the product within 7 days of having received it for store credit or exchange only. We do not accept returns for a refund. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to notify us of the return and we will make all necessary arrangements. If an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued.
Straps and Bands must be returned in brand new, unworn condition. Once a strap has been buckled it creases the leather and we cannot resell it. All items must be returned in brand new, unused, unworn condition in original packaging. Repack all of the items securely in a padded envelope.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Two Day Shipping by USPS. We do not ship with UPS. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Limited Warranty on Time Pieces
Timepieces are covered by a 1 year limited warranty on the internal mechanism. Unless specifically stated otherwise, vintage timepieces are not water resistant or shock resistant. This warranty does not cover damage to the internal mechanism, crystal, bracelet, or other external parts or ornamentation resulting from abuse or neglect including dropping, hitting, jarring or exposure to water.
WBAW? offers a 3 month layaway on some, but not all items. For eligible items, an initial 25% deposit is required. Three additional payments of 25% of the purchase amount will be due monthly. In the event these terms are not met, item(s) will be returned to inventory and subject to a restocking fee equal to 10% of listed purchase price, excluding sales tax. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit. Layaways that are not completed are not eligible for refunds.
Returning an Item
We must be notified by email if you intend to return an item within the 3 day inspection period. Items must be well packed to protect the contents. All items must be returned in the same condition as sent.
Worn or used straps cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on special orders. Special order items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Gift Cards – Gift Certificates
Gift Cards can be used at WBAW? or Wannabuyawatch.com.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
No cash back will be given.
No refunds unless required by law.
No gift card purchase allowed with other gift cards.
Write down your gift card order number Gift Cards that are lost will be replaced with up to the value remaining, with correct proof of purchase.
