An unpolished case stainless steel Rolex Submariner ref# 14060 circa 1999 with scarce SWISS only dial. Featuring a 40mm diameter case with sapphire crystal and unidirectional elapsed time bezel. With glossy black original 2 line dial signed SWISS only, with luminova indexes and hands. The SWISS only designation refers to the use of luminova, used for only 2 years until replaced with Super Luminova, designated by SWISS MADE on the dial.
This model is powered by self winding calibre 3130 movement with sweep seconds. With Rolex heavy Oyster bracelet with flip lock clasp. An upolished model, showing original frosty finish on the walls of the case, and light surface scratches on the bracelet. The bracelet is judged at 85% with little stretch that will fit a 7 1/4″ wrist. Overall a very clean and pleasing 2 year production model with the SWISS only designation.
The no date 14060 model is often favored over the 16610 date model due to its cleaner profile without the distracting date magnifying cyclops crystal. This example has been recently serviced and pressure tested and offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate timekeeping and operation.
