Rolex Stainless Steel Explorer II ref 1655 circa 1982. Last version of the so called “Steve McQueen” model. 40mm diameter Oyster case and 24 hour bezel. Rolex in serif typeface. Stunning original matte black dial with lightly patina’d luminous indexes and orange 24 hour hand. Powered by the caliber 1575 movement with sweep seconds and date. 7.2 million serial number. Attached to a heavy Oyster link bracelet with deployment clasp. Overhauled by our senior watchmaker. Accompanied by a one year warranty.
