An especially fine condition example vintage 18K YG Rolex Day Date ref# 18038 circa 1979 with a stunning blue original dial. Featuring a 36mm 18K yellow gold case with wide heavy lugs, sharp condition case back, fluted 18K YG bezel, and sapphire crystal. This is a well preserved extremely nice early example day date with lovely dial, warmly patina’d lume plots, and matching English language day and date wheels.
Powered by self winding calibre 3055 movement with quick set date. Recently serviced, pressure tested for water resistance, and lightly detailed by one of our veteran watchmakers.
