A popular vintage Rolex Datejust stainless steel ref 1601, serial# 3.2 million circa 1972 with original linen dial. Featuring a 36mm diameter Oyster case with 14K white gold fluted bezel, acrylic crystal, and very distinctive original silver satin, linen finish dial with applied silver indexes and silver baton hands. The dial is truly the standout here. The linen dials are not only incredibly rare compared to the other dial variants, but they are absolutely stunning, with distinctive fine texture and grain.
The watch is powered by the calibre 1570 self winding movement with date. Great looking vintage man’s model. Recently fully serviced by one of our veteran watchmakers, and accompanied by our 1 year warranty of accurate timekeeping and operation.
