A unique Rolex stainless steel Datejust ref 16220 circa 1990 with rich a gray granite looking tropical dial. Featuring a full size 36mm diameter case with engine turned bezel and sapphire crystal and beautiful original silver gray dial that has naturally turned a pronounced taupe gray color with random contrasting specks resembling a slab of gray granite. The dial further features ghost like subtle white printing reading Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust and Superlative Officially Chronometer Officially Certified and T SWISS T.
Powered by self winding caliber 3035 chronometer rated movement with quick set date. With D link Jubilee bracelet with a fair amount of stretch. Recently fully serviced and left unpolished as acquired.
This unique looking watch is complete with original Rolex warranty papers, inner and outer box and booklets, serial #’d hang tag and chronometer tag.
