A stunning contemporary version of the classic vintage reference 96 Calatrava model circa 1991. The ref 3796 maintains the original case design and 30.5mm size of the classic reference 96 with wide flat bezel and lugs extending out from the body of the case. Now fitted with a sapphire crystal and caliber 215 manual wind movement with subsidiary seconds. The current example features a matte silver “Sigma” dial with applied gold indexes and tapered gold hands and with Calatrava logo crown. Fitted with an unsigned cognac lizard strap with plaque buckle.
