Omega Speedmaster “Moonwatch” ref 145.0022/345.0022 “Tritium” circa 1996

Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch, ref 145.0022/3570.50 “Tritium”, movement serial # 48.3 million circa 1996, with great vintage style dial. Featuring a 42mm diameter stainless steel case with black tachometer bezel, acrylic crystal, and original matte black dial with all intact aged tritium luminous indexes and hands. This is actually the very last Speedmaster to feature a tritium dial, the end of a long and storied era.

Powered by caliber 861 manual wind 3 registers chronograph, actually the last version of the Speedmaster to use it. In this same reference Speedy, in just the very next year, the movement is changed to the new 1861. Caseback signed “FLIGHT-QUALIFIED BY NASA FOR ALL MANNED SPACE MISSIONS”, and “THE FIRST WATCH WORN ON THE MOON”, also with the Hippocampus logo. With associated Omega signed bracelet and deployant clasp, which will fit a 7 inch wrist. In excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition, just serviced and offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate timekeeping and operation.

Your watch purchase will arrive in our fine glazed leather WBAW? watch pouch. Great for travel or storage. A $55 value!
