A very attractive vintage Omega Seamaster automatic ref 14383 circa 1958. Featuring a 35mm gold-filled case with prominent hooded lugs, a beautifully preserved original silver dial and hands, and stainless steel case back
The dial has a particularly clean mid-century look, with applied gold baton indexes, a distinctive triple marker at 12 o’clock, applied Omega logo and elegant dauphine-style hands. The restrained silver finish is complemented by the scripted “Seamaster” signature above 6 o’clock.
The case is especially appealing, with broad sculpted lugs and a substantial polished bezel that give the watch considerably more wrist presence than its 35mm measurement might suggest. The gold-filled upper case is paired with a stainless steel screw-down caseback marked Waterproof / Seamaster, a characteristic construction seen on vintage Seamaster models of this period.
