A beautiful condition Rolex GMT Master ref. 16700 complete with box and papers. With a T serial number, this time capsule came in to the world in 1996. Over 20 years later we hold in our hands a perfect example of what would have been sitting in a Rolex window throughout the 1990’s. Complete with box, papers, booklets, and even hangtags showing the matching serial number and price of $3300.00. The collectors dream.

Featuring a 40mm diameter stainless steel case which, as stated previously is immaculate.  The 78790 Oyster bracelet shows virtually no stretch, and the famous green reference stamped caseback sticker is fully intact.

The dial is a perfect glossy black and the tritium markers and hands have the softest touch of burnt white, completely even across the entire dial. The bezel insert may be the quiet king on this GMT though, with its deep royal blue contrasting in the most perfect way with the faded peach pink of the other half.

With original Rolex crown, sapphire crystal, the first time on the so called “Pepsi”, and powered by the caliber 3175 self winding movement with sweep seconds, date, and 24 hour arrow hand.  Recently fully serviced by one of our veteran watchmakers and is additionally offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate timekeeping and operation.
