A striking and beautiful 14K WG Lecoultre mystery dial model complete with original box and papers and purchase receipt dated 1963 from Brooklyn, New York retailer. A magnificent looking midcentury design with highly atypical modernist design dial design. Featuring a diamond set on the dial at each of the quarters, high gloss crescent shape silver panels on each side of the dial, and with diamond set hour and minute hands set on “invisible”rotating disks.

Featuring a 32mm diameter case in very little worn condition, complete with original black suede strap and original Lecoultre signed buckle. Powered by 17 jewel manual wind K480/CW movement. With original Lecoultre signed winding crown. In especially fine condition throughout, showing relatively little use, unearthed from a recent collection.

Complete with original inner and outer green Lecoultre box, Lecoultre warranty, and even the original purchase receipt from Max Bryant Jewelers, 598 Saratoga Ave, Brooklyn, New York. As shown on the purchase receipt, the watch was purchased on June 22^nd, 1963 by a Mr. Cohen, and it appears that the sales receipt was signed by store owner Max Ryant.
