Junghans Stainless Steel Chronograph circa 1972. Distinctive manual wind Valjoux 7734 with day and date function produced for the Munich Olympics game. Featuring large egg shaped case 45 X 42mm with bull’s head style chronograph pushers located at top of case. Gorgeous and mint condition original colorful gray dial with large orange registers and silver applied indexes with white details. Dial signed Junghans Olympic. Junghans had the distinction of being the official time keeper for the 1972 Munich Olympic games. This is by far the most distinctive of Junghans offerings to the public. In remarkable, probably new old stock condition. Fitted with a well coordinated gray, white and orange NATO style strap.
