Glycine stainless steel “Vacuum” model, a great looking and technologically advanced modernist design model with bold graphics from the 1960’s. Featuring a 35mm 2 piece monoblock case, with screw down crown system, hence the name, the “Vacuum”. With a wide stepped bezel and, for possibly the first time, a mineral glass crystal.
Featuring a minty condition original silver satin dial, interestingly divided into 12 grids, each punctuated with an hour marker. We love the graphics of this watch, the pronounced raised markers, matchstick style hands, the “techy” grid on the dial, and the nicely patina’d luminous dots that balance the modernist design.
Powered by a self winding ETA movement with sweep seconds. Recently fully serviced by one of our veteran watchmakers and offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate timekeeping and operation. Also accompanying your purchase is one of our beautiful handmade Italian leather watch travel pouches, a $55 value!
