Stainless steel Gallet Multichron Pilot. Gallet made this silver dial, as well as a black dial version, from 1975 to 1985. The 38mm case fits wonderfully on any wrist, and is great shape with no signs of polishing. The dial is an almost iridescent silver, featuring a blue tachymeter on the outer edge, with a blue telemeter just on the inside of that. There are three small sub-registers on the inner dial as well, the 3 and 6 o’clock ones being for the chronograph and the seconds hand sitting at the 9 o’clock position. The dial features applied stainless steel arrow shaped markers with tritium luminous plots, as well as luminous filled obelisk hands and a stainless steel chrono hand. The black 12 hour bezel has seen some wear, but is still in great condition. Powering the Multichron is the famous Valjoux 72.
