Rarely seen, great looking Bulova Marine Star 2 registers Type XX aviator’s style chronograph circa 1970. 42.8mm diameter case with wide matte black unidirectional elapsed time bezel, dome acrylic crystal, and beautiful condition original matte black dial with luminous figures and hands with unique circular red star logo pattern and arrow tipped chrono runner hand. Powered by 17 jewel manual wind Valjoux 7731 movement with screw down crown. This rarely seen model is reportedly related to the Zenith made A Careilli chronographs produced for the Italian Military.
