An early example lady’s 30mm stainless steel and 18K YG Royal Oak model ref 8638SA with gray waffle dial. This is an the classic and immensely popular Gerald Genta design Audemars Piguet Royal Oak in a sporty size lady’s 2 tone model. Featuring an original gray waffle texture dial with applied hour markers, and gold baton style hands, and with early styule SS/18K YG bracelet with fold over clasp that will fit a 6 1/2″with excellent condition case and bracelet with some looseness with fold over clasp that will comfortably fit up to a 6 1/2″ wrist.

This is an uncommon model powered by self winding movement, not battery powered quartz. The case back features the inscription No# 358, and the serial # inside the case designates this model as a B series which dates the watch between 1976 and 1979.

The dial is in excellent condition and shows the aging and subtle color change common on the earlier models. The bracelet shows some looseness from wear. We would judge the bracelet condition at 75-80%. The watch and bracelet have been lightly detailed and are free of any scratches, dings, or defect.
