Vintage Lady Omega dress model 18K YG ref 10493 circa 1950’s. Featuring 20 X 31mm stylized case with extended lugs, silver satin dial with gold applied indexes and gilt tapered hands. Powered by 17 jewel manual wind calibre 244 movement with signed Omega crown. Movement serial # of 15.6 million corresponds to production year of 1956. On your choice of fine leather or exotic skin strap. Recently serviced and detailed and offered with our 1 year warrantee of accurate time keeping.
