A very attractive example Omega Constellation ref 167.005 circa 1968 featuring a large multicolor image of a schooner at full mast on the dial. We cannot say for sure if this is a promotional piece for Cutty Sark blended scotch whiskey made and bottled in Scotland. The image is not exactly the same as the company’s logo depicting a sailing ship delivering kegs of fine whiskey all over the world. There is no use of the name on the dial, and no presentation engraving on the case back to inform us. But we can say that this is a beautiful condition desirable Constellation model, and the colorful art work is great quality with great eye appeal. And perhaps this piece is a one off unique piece; we cannot say!
