There are a lot of variations in the so called “root beer” dials, some more matte chocolate color like the current example, and others with  more glossy root beer, orange, tiger’s eye, or bronze color. The current dial has a beautiful matte brown surface without scratches, paint loss, edge wear, or any other flaws or issues and perfectly aged tritium lume plots and hands. This may be one of the finest examples of this model we have ever owned.  The watch in every respect appears to be little worn and has been especially well cared for.
