Vacheron and Constantin 18K PG Patrimony self winding dress model ref 46006 circa 1990s. This is a handsome and refined design model featuring a 35mm diameter case with rounded bezel and sunray pattern silvered guilloche dial. With applied rose gold indexes and hands and with applied Maltese cross logo.
Powered by caliber 1124 self winding movement with sweep seconds and quick set date. With signed Vacheron crown. With used Vacheron signed dark brown crocodile strap with Vacheron logo 18K PG tang buckle.
The case back is signed “Limited Edition 50 Pieces North America”
A very mint condition example, complete with original Vacheron signed strap, large 18K YG Maltese Cross buckle. In excellent cosmetic and mechanical operating condition.
