A remarkable example Rolex 18K YG Submariner ref 16808, serial #R, circa 1987. A wonderful classic, early sapphire crystal model with beefy lugs case, sapphire crystal, and screw down caseback and crown. With original black dial with slightly aged tritium lume plots and yellow gold surrounds. Also with original black elapsed time bezel in perfect condition.
Powered by calibre 3035 movement with quick set date. On original very good condition Rolex 18K YG period Submariner bracelet with flip lock deployment clasp. The bracelet is the correct early type with pins rather than screws to adjust the links. The bracelet is in very good condition with the expected wear to the embossed Rolex logo on the clasp. Both the case and the bracelet have been previously polished.
