An especially fine condition example Rolex GMT II ref# 16760 “Fat Lady” AKA “Sophia Loren” 9.6 million serial # circa 1987 with lovely original dial and with unpolished case! We are pleased to offer an especially nice example of what we find to be the most popular neo vintage era GMT model. Featuring a very pleasing original gloss black dial, with very desirable tan patina’d tritium lume indexes, closely matching untouched tritium lume hands, and a very distinctive ruby red and deep black 24 hour bezel. The dial surface has developed the distinctive more matte and less glossy surface we often see on this first generation GMT II. There is no spidering of the dial surface, spotting, oil stains, or other issues from this lovely original dial. The tritium lume plots as as well as the hands are all original and untouched.

This fine example is powered by caliber 3085 self winding movement with independently set hour hand. With Rolex heavy Oyster 78360 bracelet with 501 end pieces and correct non flip lock deployment clasp. The watch case and bracelet are unpolished, the case retaining its beefy lugs and only very moderate light surface scratches from wear. Overall, an especially fine condition example.
