The current example is a very pleasing example with the perfect vintage look. The matte dial surface is clean and without damage, hand drag, or scratches. On careful examination the very bottom edge of the dial shows a slightly glossier appearance than the rest of the dial, but there is no erosion of any of the printing of the T SWISS T and all the minute indexes are fully intact. The lume plots are all original and unmolested. In all respects an extremely pleasing example vintage Explorer 1 model.
