Scare stainless steel Rolex Datejust reference model 1600 with smooth bezel, serial # 1.54 million circa 1966. Faturing a great looking, richly patina’d tropical original pie pan dial with applied silver indexes and silver baton hands. Full size man’s 36mm diameter Oyster case, with screw down case back and screw down crown. Powered by self winding chronometer rated caliber 1570 with sweep seconds and date. Shown on a high quality J.P. Menicucci matte crocodile strap which beautifully compliments the harvest gold tones of the dial. Recently serviced and offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate time keeping and operation.
NOTE: This model is particularly desirable in 2 respects; 1st it’s smooth bezel, characteristic of the 1600 case reference, and secondly, with the desirability of the especially rich golden patina of the original pie pan dial. A great watch with rich and distinctive character!
