This is the first we have had of the newer reference # 78278 model. Probably the best condition example we can recall ever owning. The original Rolex papers were not retained by the original owner, but of course guaranteed genuine and offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate time keeping and operation.

While this model is referred to by Rolex as the “midsize,” it is now an ideal and popular sporty size for women, and an alternative to the considerably smaller 27mm lady’s model. A tough model to find particularly in this fine condition. Only the man’s 36mm Presidential model has both the day and the date display. The midsize and lady’s Presidents show the date only, and are so designated when accompanied by the hidden clasp Presidential bracelet as shown here.
