A very attractive vintage Patek 18K rose gold rectangle case dress model circa 1946. With a nicely proportioned, thick 26 x 37mm case with raised stepped bezel and extended lugs. Silver satin dial, applied pink indexes and pink baton hands. The professionally restored dial also features a sub second register at 6 o’clock. Powered by a manual wind caliber. Movement number 950,xxx. Case in excellent condition and free of any personalized engraving. Great looking stylish vintage dress model. Offered on purple Italian leather (or alternative) strap with signed 18K rose gold Patek buckle.
