A fabulous condition vintage Omega 14K YG open face pocket watch circa 1944. Featuring a super clean industrial design 45mm case with wide stepped bezel, original silver satin “sector” dial with applied gold numbers and markers and spade style hands. Powered by 17 jewel manual wind movement with oversized sub seconds bit, and with serial # corresponding to a 1944 production date.
The watch has a heavy snap back case free of any personalized engraving, and features a stylized U shaped hinged bow and partially recessed original crown for setting and winding.
This is a truly stunning man’s dress pocket watch, in remarkable condition, with a never polished case and a beautiful condition original dial. We have photo’d the watch with the light oxidation it has developed from sitting for an extended period of time. The oxidation can be removed if requested. The overall weight of the watch inclusive of the movement is 49.3 grams.
