A novel, decorative design Lucien Piccard 14K YG manual wind dress model circa 1960’s. Featuring a medium sized 26.5 x 32mm square case with hammered finish bezel surrounding a cushion shaped dial. The cushion shaped dial is a pleasing retro taupe color and is framed by a braided decorative design. We have paired this charming watch with a fine leather taupe color strap for a stylish look.
Powered by 17 jewel manual wind caliber 77LP movement with sweep seconds. Recently serviced and detailed offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate time keeping and operation.
Background on Lucien Piccard: Lucien Piccard company was founded in 1923 in Switzerland and has been producing both inexpensive and precious metal jewelry and watches since then. Many of their trademark designs included calibrated synthetic ruby and sapphires stone set around the perimeter of their pieces. While LP is not a prestige brand in the world of collectible vintage watches, we are quite keen on the some of their “kitch” modernist designs, including the current example which we have never encountered before.
