An unusual round case vintage Louis Cartier 18K YG man’s manual wind dress model ref 1071. Featuring a medium size 28 x 34mm round case secured by 4 side case screws, with stepped bezel and elongated lugs. With an extremely fine condition classic original white enamel dial with printed black Roman numerals and blued steel hands. While obviously not the classic tank shape, this model was part of the 12 model introduction in 1972 of variations on the classic tank shape.
With signed Cartier dark blue genuine exotic skin strap as shown and 18K YG Cartier tang buckle. A classic infrequently seen vintage model, the first we have ever owned in this larger size, though really a recommended sporty size for a woman, and not for a man.
This fine example has been recently serviced by one of our veteran watchmakers and is offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate timekeeping and operation.
