Vintage U.S. Air Force provenance manual wind Longines model circa 1958. Featuring a 33 X 39mm steel case with screw down case back with elongated lugs and warmly patina’d original dial. The dial features original aged lume numbers at the quarters and triangular shaped indexes. With tapered original lume dauphine hands. The dial bears the Longines logo, the winged hour glass logo, and is signed SWISS for the use of Radium as the luminous material in this era. The case back bears the name of the service man and his service number AF 19.3 million which corresponds to a post WW II enlistee in the U.S. Air Force.

Powered by Longines caliber 12.68N manual wind movement with sweep seconds. Movement serial # of 8.2 million corresponds to production date of 1950. The watch retains what we believe to be the original water proof style domed crown. The watch has been fitted with a contemporary fine stitched leather strap or alternatively with your choice of sporty or military style strap from our large selection of sporty and dressy straps.
