An unusual and great looking Longines stainless steel manual wind dress model with original black waffle dial. Featuring a “33 mm diameter case with sloped 40mm lugs and screw down case back. Powered by Longines manual wind caliber 23Z with subsidiary seconds. Featuring an unusual black waffle textured dial with applied dagger shaped indexes and tapered dauphine hands.
The dial retains its original warmly patina’d lume plots adjacent to each dial index. The dial features the raised Longines winged hour glass logo and Longines signature and is signed SWISS at the very bottom of the dial. The movement serial # of 10.7 million dates production of this model to 1958. The watch retains its original Longines signed crown.
This fine watch has been fitted with a period, unsigned Duchess USA steel heavy mesh bracelet with deployant clasp, or alternatively with your choice of fine leather or exotic skin strap.
