Our return policy allows you to return the product within 7 days of having received it for store credit or exchange only. We do not accept returns for a refund. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at sales@wannabuyawatch.com as soon as possible to notify us of the return and we will make all necessary arrangements. If an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued.
Straps and Bands must be returned in brand new, unworn condition. Once a strap has been buckled it creases the leather and we cannot resell it. All items must be returned in brand new, unused, unworn condition in original packaging. Repack all of the items securely in a padded envelope.
