Gruen Precision Autowind in stainless steel, circa 1950’s. Medium size vintage model measuring 32mm, with massive beveled lugs that arch down to hug the wrist. Because of this the Autowind seems to wear far larger than its size on paper. The silver satin dial has taken on a beautiful warmth and features a mix of square and number hour markers. With black outer minute track and blued steel tritium filled hands. Also with a striking red center seconds hand.
The watch is powered by the bumper automatic Gruen 460ss caliber, a 17 jewel self winding movement with sweep seconds and no date. This Gruen is offered on your choice of fine leather strap, and with our 1 year warranty of accurate timekeeping and operation.
