This Cartier Tank variation design dates from 1973 when Cartier introduced 12 different Tank variation models to their line, each in a men’s and lady’s size. The current example is in exceptional condition, free of dings or scratches and without personalized engraving. Though the larger of the 2 sizes produced, the size is probably best suited for a woman’s wrist. Guaranteed genuine and offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate time keeping and operation.
NOTE: 12 variations of the Cartier Tank model introduced in 1973, most were produced in very small numbers. This Vendome Tank model is scarce in yellow gold, and extremely rare in white gold. This is the first such example we have owned in the flesh, and it is a magnificent condition example, complete with original 18K WG deployant buckle and excellent condition used Cartier signed black exotic skin strap as shown. A scarce and striking example of this scarce Cartier design.
