The rare Benrus Type II, ref. MIL-W-50717, a dive watch made specifically for the U.S. military. According to the caseback this particular example was made in November of 1979. Featuring large 43mm rugged, brushed stainless steel case with sloped and integrated rotating elapsed time bezel, and asymmetrical design to protect the screw down crown. With matte black dial with luminous indexes 24 hours, and broad hands with randomly applied luminous patches.
Powering this military issued diver is the automatic Benrus GS1D2 movement, the companies own modified ETA 2620. Very cool looking model, in very mint condition, offered on your choice of NATO style strap. Recently fully serviced by one of our veteran watchmakers and offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate timekeeping and operation.
