Featuring 40mm diameter case with bi-directional elapsed time bezel, domed acrylic crystal and screw down trip lock Oyster crown, and with glossy black dial with tritium indexes and white gold luminous surrounds. NOTE: The dial on this watch is the modern gloss dial with tritium indexes and hands with white gold luminous surrounds. With a production year of 1988 (L5 serial #) this makes this one of the latest models of the classic acrylic crystal 5513 model preceding the introduction of the ref 14060 sapphire crystal model. The current example has gorgeous patina’d original lume, and thus has a beautiful vintage “maxi” dial appearance.
