A stunning gilt dial pointy crown guard Rolex GMT ref 1675 serial# 877,XXX circa 1960. Featuring a beautiful condition glossy surface original gilt minute track dial with restored tritium luminous plots and hands,  24 hour mini hand, and a beautifully aged gray-blue and magenta Pepsi 24 hour insert. With beefy lug pointy crown guard case with strong chamfers and a clean un-engraved case back free of corrosion. Complete with period rolled link jubilee bracelet with correct large Rolex coronet deployant clasp and date code for 1962.

Powered by calibre 1560 self winding movement with sweep seconds and date. Just back from full service, in excellent running condition and offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate time keeping and operation. Note minor degradation of the case serial # from abrasion from the bracelet end piece. All numbers are still readable.

Important Notes: We had this watch listed on our website some time ago at $30,000 when we believed the dial was entirely original with original radium lume plots. We have since learned that the lume plots have been expertly restored. The lume on dial and hands light up under UV light. They show no measure of radioactivity with a geiger counter reading. Additionally it is likely that the case was “recut” restoring the original sharp edges and camfers.

The watch is guaranteed genuine as described, and has a magnificent appearance with a sharp looking case, perfect color luminous plots and hands, and with a very desirable aged magenta bezel insert.
