Rolex GMT II ref 16710 “Coke” Tritium Lume circa 1989

“No Pepsi, Coke?” Popular, now discontinued model Rolex GMT II ref 16710, with popular red and black “Coke” bezel. Featuring a 40mm diameter stainless steel case, sapphire crystal, and original glossy black dial with nicely patina’d tritium luminous indexes and signed SWISS-T<25. The dial shows some light “bubbling” on the glossy black surface visiible with a loupe and at certain angles, which is not uncommon on these dials and does not detract from the character of this 30+ year old watch. The coke bezel shows light scratches from use. The black portion is now more of a pleasing matte finish, while the red has faded to a softer red luster.

Fitted with it’s original Rolex stainless steel heavy Oyster 78350 bracelet with 501B end links with N3 date code with correct non flip lock deployant clasp. We rate the bracelet at a very good 80% condition as it shows some light surface scratches and stretch, not extreme for the age of the watch.

The watch has been recently serviced and pressure tested and is in excellent mechanical condition. It is offered with our guaranty of authenticity and with our 1 year warranty of accurate time keeping and operation.

Your purchase includes our popular fine Italian glazed leather watch pouch, great for storage and travel, a $55.00 value.
