Great looking 25 year presentation vintage 14K YG Omega to employee of Los Angeles Coca Cola bottling company. Omega 14K YG case ref# G6525 self winding model circa 1950 featuring  “Drink Coca Cola” logo on dial and with beautifully engraved presentation on caseback from Coca Bottling Company of Los Angeles. Featuring a 33mm diameter 14K YG case with faceted contoured lugs, screw down case back, signed Omega crown, and with original 2 tone matte silver dial with gold applied Omega logo, applied faceted indexes and Breguet numeral 12, unusual T shaped seconds indexes, tapered dauphine hands, and with “Drink Coca Cola logo printed in red.

The caseback engraving is noteworthy in its detail and fine execution. It reads in block print wrapping around the upper perimeter the recipient’s name “Fidel S Alivdrez”, and around the bottom “Quarter Century Club” and in beautiful hand engraved script “Since 1925 with Coca Cola Bottling Company Los Angeles.” The engraving is sharp and distinct confirming that this watch received limited wear and was treated with great care. This lovely time piece reflects an era when workers served a company for for a lifetime, and the gold watch was a prized recognition of those years of service. The quality of the watch and the detail and workmanship of the engraving convey the significance associated with such longevity of service in this era of our history.

Powered by self winding caliber 351 bumper automatic movement with sweep seconds.
