Jaeger Lecoultre Alarm ref E871 circa 1970’s. Featuring a very modernistic design 38 x 45mm “TV screen” shaped alarm model circa 1970’s with beautiful original orange and charcoal dial with applied silver indexes and silver baton hands. Powered by self winding calibre 916 movement with sweep seconds and date and alarm. With signed original crowns, and fitted with unsigned NSA brushed and polished heavy link bracelet with deployment clasp. Great modernist design and colors. Recently fully serviced and offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate timekeeping and operation.
This is in our opinion the best looking and most distinctive of the various modernist design Lecoultre Alarm models of the 1970’s. The charcoal and orange accent dial is one of three, and by far the most desirable version of this model, the others being blue and satin, or 2 tone silver. A beautiful and distinctive high grade model.

Vintage Jaeger Lecoultre, or Jaeger Lecoultre as it is referred to in Europe is a fine Swiss brand which has seen a great revival in recent years. While not recognized in the same class as Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, or Vacheron & Constantin, Lecoultre nevertheless is distinguished by high quality, great attention to design, and a number of noteworthy and exclusive features including Memovox Alarm models, the Reverso first introduced in the 1930’s for Polo players, the Power Reserve Futurmatic, as well as sporty chronographs and diver’s models for the sportsman. Vintage Lecoultre dress models include some of the most elaborate and sought after of case designs and dial treatments. We are strong advocates of the Lecoultre brand and feature the most desirable models from their many decades of wrist watch production.
