Scarce and desirable man’s model vintage Cartier 18K YG “Ceinture” automatic model circa 1970’s. Featuring 30 x 30mm square case with wide stepped bezel, cut corners, and protected crown. Mineral glass crystal, glossy white original dial with classic black Roman figures and blued steel hands. Note the dial is signed PARIS, not SWISS, indicating that this watch was originally sold in Cartier’s Paris boutique. Powered by self winding movement house in raised plateau on case back. Currently fitted with original Cartier 18K YG deployment buckle and a used Cartier signed strap that will fit a woman’s 6-6 1/2″ wrist.
In excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. Recently serviced and detailed and offered with our 1 year warrantee of accurate time keeping and operation. This model is part of a series of variations on the classic Cartier Tank Louis model introduced in 1973. Versatile and fashionable for dress up or wearing with jeans, the elegant choice is yours!
