Cartier 18K YG lady Vendome model, 24mm x 26mm, circa 1970’s. Scarce and great looking tonneau shaped case with stepped and grooved sides. With mineral glass crystal and rare white “baked” enamel classic Cartier dial with Roman figures and blued steel hands. Powered by 17 jewel manual wind movement. A classic lady’s model from the expanded Must de Cartier collection of 1973. Shown with a complementary patent leather style strap with non Cartier plaque buckle. Serviced and detailed and offered with our 1 year warrantee of accurate time keeping and operation.
NOTE: Cartier dials of this era typically are glossy white painted dials. The current dial is baked white enamel, as you might see on an antique pocket watch from the 1900’s-1920’s. The dial adds additional richness and luxury to this classic model.
