Reminiscent of the futuristic space age Hamilton electric designs, and the classic mechanical movement Hamilton Flight II model, this is a knockout piece of midcentury modernist design.

We don’t know who the designer was for Longines, and we are familiar with a few other assymetric designs from this era, but we think this example is truly exceptional. With a minty condition original dial with starburst pattern and tapered sword hands that evoke the Herman Miller and similar atomic clock designs of the 50’s and 60’s. With super sharp condition asymmetrical case suggesting a spinning centrifugal force. With signed Longines crown, and with period YGF stretch bracelet in similar fine condition as the watch.

This stunning dress model is powered by 17 jewel manual wind Longines calibre 370 movement with subsidiary seconds. In excellent operating condition and offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate time keeping and operation.
